ANALYSIS OF CHALLENGES AND LEARNING
The challenge was structuring a rapid growth environment to ensure it remains sustainable, moving beyond entrepreneurial agility to establish scalable governance and clear operating systems. I found that true scaling is about building a solid system, not just chasing a bigger number—a focus necessary to ensure quality and control as the venture expands into the demanding K-12 sector.
